Control System Design
Teems Automation Group provides custom control system designs to meet our customer’s control system needs and specifications. Because of our years of experience, we are able to design custom systems in a very timely manner and with a savings to our customer. Although we are cost-conscious, we strive to provide only the highest quality products and workmanship.

Rockwell Software Support
Teems Automation integrates software on new and existing designs with Rockwell Software. This includes but is not limited to: RSView 32, PanelView, PanelView Plus, VersaView, RSLinx, RSLogix 500 (SLC), RSLogix 5000 (ControlLogix & CompactLogix), and others.

PLC and PC Programming
Teems Automation has PLC programming experience with Allen-Bradley, Rockwell Software, Reliance AutoMax DCS, GE Fanuc 90-20/30/70, and Siemens S7 brands of programmable logic controllers. PLC’s have become a valuable tool for interfacing with manufacturing equipment that is not computer controlled. If PC based equipment is needed, Teems Automation has experience with Wonderware InControl and Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 SoftLogix . We are continually updating our skills in programming a wide variety of PLC and PC based systems to meet the ever-changing demands of our customers.

Engineering Services
Teems Automation can provide the design of electrical control systems, as well as mechanical fabrication services of custom-built equipment. We can provide drafting services (using AutoCad), electrical schematics, panel layouts, conduit & cable schedules, equipment layout drawings, control/instrument specifications, motor control centers, motor control systems using AC/DC drives, panel/systems documentation and manuals.

Engineering Retrofit Services
For customers that need only AC/DC drive controller upgrades, PLC upgrades, or HMI upgrades, Teems Automation can provide retrofit services for your existing controls to replace/upgrade only the components that are outdated/obsolete.

Field Service
Teems Automation is qualified to analyze technical problems that may arise with standalone application equipment and system control equipment, to provide the customer with a solution on-site. This service includes but is not limited to electrical field devices, PLC controls, PC controls, AC/DC drives, HMI equipment, and programming support.

Consulting Services
Teems Automation is experienced with providing engineering & field installation consulting services to our customers. This service includes but is not limited to electrical design documentation, drafting, programming, on-site installation supervision, and on-site project management.

Control Panel Fabrication
We take pride in the quality of our workmanship. Each product is carefully inspected before leaving our facility. We fabricate custom-sized control panels for your custom integration needs, as well as utilizing pre-designed enclosures from Saginaw & Hoffman to produce integrated control panels to your specifications.

SCADA/HMI Programming
Whether your specification calls for a Human Machine Interface (HMI) or System Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA), Teems Automation can provide the programming and technical support to meet your needs. From touch-screens to PC based systems, we are experienced in the use of a variety of operator interface products including but not limited to Allen-Bradley PanelView, Rockwell Software RSView 32, Wonderware InTouch, and Cutler-Hammer PanelMate. We excel in providing SCADA/HMI operator interface screens that are both visually appealing and functionally user-friendly.

Turn-Key Project Service
Teems Electric, Automation, & Mechanical services work together to provide the customer with available “Turn-Key Project” services. As a company, Teems Electric, Inc. has the ability to:

• Remove (demo) your old equipment
• Move, install, conduit & wire your new equipment
• Provide the engineering documentation and programming
• Start-up/Commission your new equipment
• Manage your project from conception to production
